 Shift Details:

• General Shift
• Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

 Qualification Required:

• Graduate (Any Stream)

 Language Requirements:

• English (Mandatory)
• Hindi (Mandatory)

 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls for loan & credit card services
• Generate leads and convert prospects
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly targets
• For Team Leaders: Manage team performance and reporting

 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales and convincing ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Leadership skills (for Team Leader role)
