1. Sales and Reservation Specialist

 Location: Karan Nagar, Srinagar (Full Time – From Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and bookings for Kashmir & Ladakh tour packages

Convert leads into confirmed reservations

Coordinate with operations and transport teams

Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support

Requirements:

Strong sales skills (travel industry preferred)

Knowledge of Kashmir & Ladakh destinations, routes, and packages

Good verbal & written communication

Ability to work under targets

Experience: 1+ year in travel sales preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply)

2. Social Media Expert

 Location: Karan Nagar, Srinagar (Full Time – From Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging Reels/Shorts using CapCut / VN

Design social media posts using Canva

Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Plan and schedule content calendars

Requirements:

Proficiency in CapCut / VN editing tools

Proficiency in Canva for graphics

Good knowledge of social networks (algorithms, hashtags, trends)

Creative mindset and attention to detail

Experience: 6 months+ in social media management (travel/ hospitality brands a plus)
